We are based in California, USA and all shipments will ship out from California.
Domestic Shipment (Within the United States)
- Free shipping on all orders in the USA. We will ship with U.S. Postal Service.
International Shipment (Outside the United States）
- Available to a selected few countries, including Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, France, Germany, Spain, etc., for a fixed cost. We will ship with U.S. Postal Service, UPS Service, or DHL Express Service.

Tax & Duty
- We charge sales taxes for domestic customers who buy our products. Sales tax is governed at the individual state level, so tax rules and regulations vary from state to state.
- We do NOT charge duty & VAT taxes for international customers. There may be duty & VAT taxes charged by your local government, which the customers are responsible for.
Shipping Time
1. For domestic shipments, we ship within 2 business days after your order is placed and the shipping time will take another 2-5 business days. The total delivery time will be 4-7 business days.
2. For international shipments, we ship within 2 business days after your order is placed and the shipping time will take another 10-15 business days. The total delivery time will be 12-17 business days.
3. We have put a lot of focus on making sure that the items get delievered to you as quickly as possible. After the order has been placed, the warehouse needs 1-2 business days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped if we have your email on records.
